Sharief joins the DayBlink leadership team to spearhead its CIO Advisory and Services Management capabilities. Along with Sharief joining the team is the acquisition of his consulting firm, ELevated Consulting.

Sharief has more than fifteen years of diversified consulting experience with numerous global consulting firms in industries like telecommunications, media, internet, and financial services. He has the advantage of leveraging industry experience — Solomon Smith Barney and Comcast — with his consulting experience for PwC, EMC Consulting and Interactive Broadband Consulting to add proven value to clients.
He is an established industry thought leader with a long history of publishing white papers and presenting at conferences and forums on topics such as new product introduction, operations improvement, video performance, and quality management, service assurance, and business services support and readiness.
Sharief’s long career of leading projects, conducting IT process and technology strategy assessments, designing target state operating models, architectures, and processes has allowed him to work on core technologies to IT and telecommunications, as well as the industry’s latest products such as Interactive IPTV architecture and business class services, all while applying methodologies like Agile and other efficient delivery processes.
His major service provider clients have included Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Bright House Networks, Telstra, AT&T, Hawaiian Telcom, US Cellular and UTS.
