Sharief Elgamal of DayBlink Consulting has been selected to the be the new TM Forum Head of Cable Initiatives.  In this role, he will be working with Cable executives and TM Forum members to establish business, technology, and market priorities and build collaboration teams to apply the Forum’s Frameworx best practices and standards to solve problems and create new ways of increasing revenue and lowering costs.
