Position Overview

In this role, you will help us coordinate the back office support activities at our McLean, VA headquarters.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer insurance policies and operating agreements record-keeping and renewals
  • Expense report reconciliation
  • Organize and maintain documents and files
  • Ensure all office administration tasks run smoothly
  • Answer main phone line and route calls appropriately
  • Maintain leadership calendar
  • Breakroom and kitchen maintenance and upkeep
  • Set up and maintain office equipment and conference rooms
  • Mail pickup and distribution
  • Coordinate catering and special events
  • Administer office access key fobs
  • Order business cards
  • Greet guests at front desk
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen food and supplies
  • Ensure office spaces are well-presented
  • Coordinate Minority Business Enterprise certification
  • Manage process for NMSDC and any other agencies that DayBlink decides to pursue for certification
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with employees and executives at all levels of the organization
  • Flexible and able to successfully accept change
  • Ability to work independently, is a highly self-motivated go-getter and has good judgment in exercising discretion
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and timely deadlines
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedule as needed

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of office administration experience in a professional setting
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
