In this role, you will help us find the right talent to fulfill our unique vision by capitalizing on your strong sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting experience.

 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build our Consultant, Sr. Consultant, and Manager team
  • Source candidates: Find and recruit the best, with emphasis on prospecting passive candidate networks
  • Proactively recruit highly marketable candidates from appropriate firms throughout the Washington DC and Philadelphia markets
  • Network and build strong relationships with influencers and candidates for current and future opportunities
  • Create and post position descriptions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process
  • Review and screen resumes and qualifications
  • Candidate selection logistics--schedule interviews, follow up, track progress of candidates through pipeline
  • Drive the offer process including offer generation and negotiations
  • Propose and implement recruiting tools and innovative solutions to recruit and hire the most exceptional candidates
  • Represent the DayBlink brand in the marketplace and work with Marketing team on recruitment marketing efforts
  • Maintain recruiting metrics
  • Manage the warm bench
  • Drive the adoption of the recruiting team as a trusted business partner on all hiring matters
  • Mentor Recruiting Coordinator
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven background in developing strategic, “out-of-the-box” recruitment sourcing methods to help drive proactive pipeline development
  • Experience developing deep rapport with hiring managers and candidates
  • Understanding of various recruitment-related metrics and reporting, and experience optimizing overall recruiting operations
  • Experience using CRM and ATS systems
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Action-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to work out of our Tysons Corner, VA office

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience within a corporate environment; at least 2 years of experience recruiting in the commercial consulting space required
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
